ABOUT ME

My name is Melanie Klein, and I’m a baker. I’ve been baking for the past three years. I've worked at a bakery for over a year where I really learned the foundations to baking and my confidence in my own baking skills. I’m now working on my small online baking business. My hope is to one day open my own physical bakery. Food was always important to me but especially sweets. I love making people happy with my creations. I love the art and science that goes into it. I have a special place in my heart for making cookies and lemon bars! Please try some of my baked goods, I hope you feel my love for baking when you try them as much as I do.
